How Resources Are Built
Content prioritizes street-relevant judgment: recognition under noise and stress, decision frameworks (stable vs unstable, DOPE-S, MARCH, shock categories), team communication language, and deliberate practice. Lessons stay protocol-bound — they teach how to think, not what dose your service must use.
